The Anastasio Project

The Anastasio Project is a multidisciplinary public performance work that kickstarts an investigation of racial profiling, police brutality, and border violence. Presented in collaboration with Eastside Arts Alliance.

Only $1267 to go!

We've made our Kickstarter goal! (Thank you to all who donated!) But still have a mere $1,267 to raise to make our match for the East Bay Community Foundation.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation through our fiscal sponsor, Dancers' Group. Please be sure to select Navarrete x Kajiyama Dance Theater in the drop-down menu.

Or, send a check made out to NAKA:

900 East 11th Street, Oakland, CA 94606

Funds will be used to support our upcoming Youth Trip to San Diego to interview Ms. Maria Puga, the widow of Anastasio Hernandez-Rojas. We will also be crossing the border and contemplating the events that come to pass there. Your donation also supports the artists and designers who are working to make The Anastasio Project come to life! Thank you!
